Tropical Protein Smoothie


I could use a vacation right about now, but considering that’s NOT GONNA HAPPEN ANYTIME SOON let’s take it to the tropics with a delicious pineapple banana protein smoothie! 🍍


What you'll need:

• 1/4 cup light coconut milk 

• 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk 

• 1/2 frozen banana 

• 1/2 cup frozen pineapple 

• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 

• Handful of baby spinach 


Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and add ice if desired. This is the closest I’ll get to the Caribbean right now and I’ll take it! ☀️
