Blueberry Nut Crumble

Not to be dramatic, but I think I’ve created the king of healthy desserts here. I am a true blueberry lover and there's nothing like a delicious blueberry crumble.
With no processed sugar, no gluten and no dairy this dessert won’t leave you feeling bloated and lethargic. I brought this over to a girlfriends house the other day and we devoured the entire thing!
BONUS - blueberries are super high in antioxidants which help protect our cells against free radical damage.

Serving size: 3 medium sized servings
Here's what you'll need:
•2 cups frozen wild blueberries •3/4 cup almond flour •1/2 cup chopped pecans •2 tbsp slivered almonds •2 tbsp pure maple syrup •2 tbsp coconut oil (solid) •Pinch of Himalayan salt Here's what you'll need to do:
1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease a small baking dish. 2. Pour frozen blueberries into the dish and combine the rest of the ingredients in a separate bowl. 3. Pour crumble over the blueberries and baking for 45 minutes until the top is golden brown. Serve with your favourite dairy free ice cream!
