Almond Butter Seed Bites

I haven’t baked in ages. I go through phases where I’m either baking 3 recipes a day or won’t go near my almond flour and coconut sugar. was a baking day!

On a whim I whipped up a batch of the best energy bites I’ve ever made. Check these babies out! They’re packed with 3 different seeds, loaded with plant-based protein and full of healthy fats. Use these as a replacement for high sugar treats!

What you'll need:

•1/2 cup natural almond butter

•3 tbsp honey

•1 tsp vanilla

•1 tsp cinnamon

•1/4 cup ground flax

•1/4 cup Together Hemp Co. hemp hearts

•1 tbsp chia seeds

•1/4 cup fave vanilla protein powder

•2 tbsp mini chocolate chips

•Salt for sprinkling

What you'll need to do:

1. Mix all ingredients (except salt) together in a large bowl until combined.

2. Using your hands, roll dough into 12 small balls and place on a plate. Sprinkle with salt.

3. Transfer into fridge to firm up for 20 minutes. Remove and devour!

Nutrition: Each ball contains 10 grams of fat and 6 grams of protein.
